SOL&SCAPE

The project transforms a traditional tent into a community center that seamlessly integrates all aspects of nomadic life, promoting the revival of traditional crafts and skills, the restoration of religious beliefs, and intergenerational cultural reconciliation. Its portable tensile structure echoes the sacred mountains without leaving a permanent ecological footprint. It immerses people in nature, promoting a deep dialogue with the environment through filtered views and regulated light and airflow. The project proposes an alternative to unsustainable spatial production and consumption models. Through this project, we propose a new and diverse practice that considers architecture as a dynamic process rather than a static object, reweaving broken socio-cultural ecological networks and empowering indigenous nomads to actively care for their homeland - our shared nature.
